1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any travel service, tour package, or related service with Tourista Vacations LLP, the customer agrees to accept and comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Travel Services

Tourista Vacations LLP provides travel services including domestic and international tour packages, customized holidays, hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, sightseeing tours, flight assistance, and other travel-related services as per the agreed itinerary and package details.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• The customer must complete payments as per the payment schedule shared during the booking process.
• Final payment must be completed before the departure date unless otherwise agreed.
• Any applicable taxes, government charges, or additional service fees will be payable by the customer.
• Prices may change due to fluctuations in hotel rates, transportation costs, currency exchange rates, government taxes, or supplier charges before confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy of Tourista Vacations LLP and respective service providers.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on hotel, airline, transport, and activity provider policies.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and service fees.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, missed flights, late arrivals, or changes made by the customer during the trip.

5. Travel Documents & Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, and other required documents.
• Tourista Vacations LLP will provide assistance but shall not be responsible for rejection, delays, or issues caused due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
• Customers must provide accurate personal information required for bookings.

6. Flights, Hotels & Third-Party Services

Tourista Vacations LLP works with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other third-party vendors.

• Availability, pricing, policies, and services are subject to the respective provider’s terms and conditions.
• Tourista Vacations LLP shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, service changes, or issues caused by third-party service providers.

7. Itinerary Changes

• Tourista Vacations LLP reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational issues, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond its control.
• Any major changes will be communicated to the customer whenever possible.

8. Travel Insurance

Customers are advised to purchase suitable travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and other travel risks. Tourista Vacations LLP shall not be responsible for losses arising from the absence of travel insurance.

9. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to follow local laws, hotel rules, transportation guidelines, and safety instructions during the journey.

Tourista Vacations LLP reserves the right to refuse service or assistance in cases of misconduct or violation of applicable rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tourista Vacations LLP shall not be responsible for indirect losses, personal injuries, loss of belongings, delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or supplier failures.

11. Confidentiality & Customer Information

Customer information collected during bookings will be used only for travel arrangements, communication, and service delivery. Tourista Vacations LLP will take reasonable steps to protect customer information.

12. Amendments

Tourista Vacations LLP reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions whenever required. Updated terms will apply to future bookings and services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
