Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour.
Any extra expenses such as porterage (coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency.
Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
Anything specifically not mentioned in the tour price includes a column.
Costing may change as per the choice of Transportation made by the client to & from Destination Pune / Mumbai.
Payment Policy
All rates mentioned above are Subject to change as per the availability without any prior notice before confirmation on advance payment.
The room shall not be blocked at the time of Quotation.
Detailed Itinerary and day plan would be given at the time of issuing vouchers and tickets.
Cancellation charges are applicable as per airlines and hotels terms & conditions in addition with 3000 per adult / child is applicable.
100% Advance payment is required for international booking.
100 % Advance of ticket amount and 50 % of package amount for FIT Trips Balance amount before 1 month prior to departure.
Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favour of "Tourista Vacations LLP".

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation charges will be as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the quotation or confirmation.
Supplier-specific cancellation conditions will apply.
Certain services may be completely non-refundable.
Visa fees, permits, entrance tickets, airline charges, deposits and special-event supplements may be non-refundable.
NO-SHOW
Failure of a passenger to use a confirmed service without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
No-show charges may be up to 100% of the applicable service cost, depending on supplier policy.
No refund will be provided unless received from the concerned supplier.

Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply.
Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary and will not be at disposal unless mentioned.
Final vouchers will be shared after full payment and booking confirmation.
