- All transfers and sightseeing by AC Transport as per the itinerary inclusive of toll, parking & driver’s Charges & all necessary state permits.

- Any applicability of new taxes from the Government.
- Any upgrade in airline class or hotel room category.
- Cost of insurance (Travel Insurance)
- Cost of pre/post tour hotel accommodation
- Beach Water sports / similar or other Activities
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour.
- Any extra expenses such as porterage (coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency.
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
- Anything specifically not mentioned in the tour price includes a column.
- Costing may change as per the choice of Transportation made by the client to & from Destination Pune / Mumbai.
Payment Policy
- All rates mentioned above are Subject to change as per the availability without any prior notice before confirmation on advance payment.
- The room shall not be blocked at the time of Quotation.
- Detailed Itinerary and day plan would be given at the time of issuing vouchers and tickets.
- Cancellation charges are applicable as per airlines and hotels terms & conditions in addition with 3000 per adult / child is applicable.
- 100% Advance payment is required for international booking.
- 100 % Advance of ticket amount and 50 % of package amount for FIT Trips Balance amount before 1 month prior to departure.
- Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favour of "Tourista Vacations LLP".

- Debit/Credit/Wallet Transfer.
- Direct Payment by Traveler during tour, Bank Transfer OR
- Cash only OR UPI Payment would be accepted
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellation charges will be as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the quotation or confirmation.
- Supplier-specific cancellation conditions will apply.
- Certain services may be completely non-refundable.
- Visa fees, permits, entrance tickets, airline charges, deposits and special-event supplements may be non-refundable.
NO-SHOW
- Failure of a passenger to use a confirmed service without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
- No-show charges may be up to 100% of the applicable service cost, depending on supplier policy.
- No refund will be provided unless received from the concerned supplier.

- Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply.
- Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary and will not be at disposal unless mentioned.
- Final vouchers will be shared after full payment and booking confirmation.
